Using the Courses
Once logged in, participants will see a list of offered courses. Each course contains an overall description of the course and a set of training modules or lessons. The goals and objectives are specified for each lesson, followed by training content, activities, and a brief quiz. If a course is described as meeting requirements, the requirements are those of the Office of Crime Victims Advocacy of Washington State.
These courses are self-paced and do not involve interaction with an instructor or other course participants. To obtain the greatest benefit from this learning experience, participants will want to allow ample time to complete the activities and assignments in a thorough and thoughtful manner.
We hope you have a great training experience. We are always interested in your feedback, so please fill out the training evaluations at the end of each course.
Please Document Your Training.
When you complete a course, you will not receive a certificate from WCSAP. Before beginning training, familiarize yourself with your agency's practice in recording training hours. Upon completion of a training, record the hours per your agency's practice.
